Core capabilities
Social media engagement use cases
Six capabilities covering the whole job: which threads matter, what to write, and what you've already done.
1
Citation-Sourced Discovery
The queue fills automatically from the discussions AI engines cite when your category comes up. No keyword alerts, no manual searching.
2
Thread Prioritisation
Two number sets per thread. Live engagement pulled per platform, plus the topics, prompts, and frequency tied to it. One line tells you how much AI visibility runs through that post.
3
Three Comment Styles
Generic for a balanced reply, Short for one or two sentences, Non-Branded for advice with zero product mention. All tuned against hype, emojis, and exclamation marks.
4
Custom Prompts and Templates
Type a one-off instruction when a thread needs something specific, or save reusable templates per brand so everyone on the team replies in one consistent voice.
5
Copy and Open Post To Reply
One click copies your comment and opens the thread in a new tab. You paste, edit, and reply from your own account, which is what communities expect.
6
Queue Management
Filter by platform, search discussions, hide archived or removed threads, and mark each one done or dismissed. Every generation is saved in a per-post history you can restore.

How it works
How Engage Online works?
Engage Online runs three steps: open a queue that's already built, draft in your voice, post from your own account.
1
Open a list you didn't have to build
The discussions are waiting, grouped across 8 platforms and sourced from where your brand already gets cited. Sort by the busiest threads or the ones tied to most prompts.
2
Generate a reply in your style
Select a thread and the full discussion opens beside the list. Pick Generic, Short, or Non-Branded, or apply a saved brand template, and the draft appears under it.
3

Copy, land on the post, mark done
Hit Copy and open post. The thread opens in a new tab with your comment on the clipboard. Paste, make your final edit, reply, then mark it done.

FAQ
What is Engage Online?
Engage Online is the social media engagement tab in AIclicks. It collects the discussions AI engines cite when your category comes up, across Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Hacker News, and Stack Overflow, then drafts a comment for each one so you can join the conversation in seconds rather than half an hour.
Where does the thread list come from?
Your citation data. AIclicks already tracks which sources AI engines pull from when they answer prompts in your category, and the social discussions in that set become your work queue. That's why the list is specific to your brand rather than a keyword alert anyone could set up.
Does AIclicks post the comments for me?
No, and that's deliberate. Copy and open post puts your draft on the clipboard and opens the thread, then you paste, edit, and reply from your own account. Communities remove comments posted through automation, and an account with a real history is the one that keeps getting read.
Will the drafted comments get removed as spam?
Every style is written to hold up as a contribution rather than a pitch: substance first, no hype, no emojis, no exclamation marks, brand mention optional. Non-Branded mode strips the product mention entirely for threads where advice alone is the right move. You still make the final edit before posting.
Which platforms are covered?
Eight: Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Hacker News, and Stack Overflow. Comment drafting runs on six of them. Hacker News and Stack Overflow discussions surface as links for you to open and answer manually, since both communities have their own answer conventions.
How do I decide which threads to work first?
Each thread shows live engagement for its platform, so you can see what's active today, plus the topics, prompts, and frequency tied to it. A discussion touching a large share of your tracked prompts is worth more of your time than a busier thread that touches none.
Can my whole team reply in the same voice?
Yes. Save reusable templates per brand and everyone generating a draft works from the same instructions. You can also type a one-off custom instruction for a thread that needs something different, and every generation is kept in a per-post history you can restore.
Why does a comment on Reddit help my AI visibility?
These discussions get read twice. Buyers read them now, and AI engines cite them for months afterwards, since threads like these are exactly what ChatGPT pulls from when it recommends tools in a category. A useful comment works on both audiences at once.
